1) Program Description
By enrolling in 220 Media Group’s messaging program, you agree to receive SMS and/or MMS messages
from 220 Media Group that provide marketing and advertising expertise to build customized media
campaigns that meet our clients’ goals and objectives (“Program”). Messages may include
promotions, product or service updates, reminders, and other marketing communications related to 220
Media Group. Messages are recurring and may be sent weekly. Message frequency may vary based on
engagement and campaign activity. We do not charge you for the messages, but message and data rates
may apply.
2) Consent & Eligibility
You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the
mobile number you provide. By opting in, you provide prior express consent to receive automated
marketing texts from 220 Media Group at the mobile number you used to opt in. Consent is not a
condition of purchase. You must be 18 years or older to participate.
3) How to Opt In
You may opt in through our website forms, lead capture experiences, or other channels where we present
a clear call-to-action with these terms and our privacy policy.
4) Opt Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a
one-time confirmation text to confirm your opt-out, and you will no longer receive messages from us
(unless you opt in again). We also honor opt-out requests sent through any reasonable method we make
available (e.g., contacting support). Please allow up to 10 days for all systems to process your request.

6) Fees & Charges
220 Media Group does not charge you to send or receive messages; however, message and data rates
may apply from your mobile carrier. Check your plan for details.
7) Carrier & Delivery Disclosures
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network operator(s).
- We may change short codes/long codes or sender IDs and will continue honoring applicable opt-outs.
8) Supported Carriers
The Program is intended for major U.S. carriers and many smaller/regional carriers. Availability may vary
by carrier and device.
9) Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate enrollment information and to notify us if your mobile number changes. If
you recycle or transfer your number, please opt out or notify us so we can prevent messages to the new
owner.
10) Data & Privacy
We collect, use, and retain information in accordance with our Privacy Policy at
https://www.220mediagroup.com/privacy.
This includes details about the types of information we collect, how we use it to operate the Program,
and how you can manage your preferences.
11) Program Changes & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of
material changes by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice (e.g.,
a text or website notice). Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
12) Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 220 Media Group is organized, without regard
to conflict of laws principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will
remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
